Stockman Hotel

26/5/17 Stayed overnight in their motel Room 5. Very, very basic but clean - no hand towel, no shampoo/conditioner, no tissues, no hair dryer but decent toilet paper. Power point from tiny frig & small TV were piggy backed to a double adaptor, neither appliances were turned on when I arrived. Had to stand on chair to adjust air conditioner, water overflow from it ran across entrance to adjoining room which was covered by a mat.
Dinner consisted of country style food, a substantial meal, I had the barramundi and vegetables, nice but nothing to rave about. Dessert - white chocolate cream brulee was superb. Unfortunately they let the wood heater go out by 7.30 pm in the recreation area, would have liked to linger for awhile and have a game of pool but it was too cool.
